It's also where the Ancestral Bloodied chase starts to make sense. If you're serious about endgame pieces, Torment II is the real line in the sand—once you step up, the Ancestral drop rate feels noticeably better, like the game finally admits you're hunting for the good stuff.



Even the PvP event is worth a drive-by
I'm not a PvP regular, and I still ended up swinging through the Ceremony of Slaughter. You don't have to win fights or turn it into a lifestyle. Just snag the Butcher's Idol for a moment and cash in the rep bump—quick, dirty, effective. That's the theme of the whole season: play fast, stay dangerous, and let the systems feed each other.
